The Royal Bank celebrates customer service week

 

The Royal Bank (TRB) has celebrated customer service week throughout its 24 branches across the country.  The International Customer Service Week was celebrated to honour customers whose patronage and unwavering support has contributed to the successes of the Bank as one of the most promising and regarded financial institutions in Ghana.

The weeklong event, which was observed from 3rd – 7th October, saw senior management of the Bank serving customers at the various banking halls of the Bank. Customers were delighted with improved customer service as some senior managers took turns to explain some banking processes and procedures.

The customer service week is an international event devoted to recognizing the importance of customer service and honouring the people who have contributed immensely towards excellent service delivery. It is celebrated annually worldwide during the first full week of October.

TRB was adjudged Best Bank in Customer Service Relations at the 14th Ghana Banking Awards and 1st Runner-up at the 15th Ghana Banking Awards, underscoring the bank’s conviction that, customer service is one of its key performance indicators and will not rest until it reaches the very top of delivering excellent customer service.
